Create a new project in Moparmeg
Every project, whether created from «مشاريعي» (My projects) or with an API key, passes the same server checks, which ask two questions first: does your plan include this project type, and is there room left in your project quota? On the Free plan the answers are static HTML only, and 1 project.

Where to create a project
- «+ مشروع جديد» (+ New project) on «مشاريعي» (My projects): a blank HTML project named «مشروع جديد» (New project) plus a number, opened in the visual editor immediately with no questions.
- «من قالب» (From a template): the «مشروع جديد» (New project) dialog described below.
- «تطبيق جديد» (New app) in the workspace sidebar: goes to
/dashboard?new=true, which creates a blank project automatically when the quota allows. - A template from the gallery: see the Templates page.
The «مشروع جديد» dialog, step by step
- Press «من قالب» (From a template) on «مشاريعي» (My projects).
- Type «اسم المشروع» (Project name); the placeholder reads «مثال: موقع شركة البناء المتقدم» (e.g. Advanced Construction Co. website). The name is required, up to 100 characters.
- Choose «نوع المشروع» (Project type) if your plan includes more than one. On Free a fixed line appears instead: «خطتك الحالية تشمل المواقع الثابتة؛ React وNext.js في الباقات المدفوعة.» (Your current plan includes static sites; React and Next.js are on paid plans.)
- Open the «قوالب حسب المجال» (Templates by industry) tab, which shows the template count, and filter by category. Or open «قوالب أساسية» (Basic templates): «مشروع فارغ» (Blank project), «صفحة هبوط» (Landing page), «بورتفوليو» (Portfolio), «لوحة تحكم» (Dashboard), «نموذج تواصل» (Contact form).
- Optionally, open «▼ اختر ستايل التصميم (اختياري)» (Choose a design style, optional).
- Press «إنشاء المشروع» (Create project). An HTML project opens in the visual editor; a React or Next.js project opens in the AI editor.

Paid accounts see the types in this order: React, then Next.js, then HTML. An industry template with HTML builds the whole site at once from a ready section library, with no AI. With React or Next.js, the project skeleton is set up with the industry's colours and content.
Not available yet: publishing React and Next.js projects to a Moparmeg address with the «نشر» (Publish) button. The publish route accepts static files only, on every plan. A project of either type can be built and previewed in the workspace. To run it outside the platform, open the «التصدير» (Export) tab in project settings (shown to the project owner only), which has «تصدير إلى GitHub» (Export to GitHub) and «تنزيل حزمة Docker» (Download Docker package) for running it on your own server. Running it on the platform's own hosting requires contacting support. Details on the Publish page.
Project quota

Only projects you own are counted; a project you were invited to belongs to its owner's quota. The same quota governs creating, importing and duplicating. The dashboard shows an "N of M" counter, and when the quota is full the create buttons disappear and «ترقية للمزيد» (Upgrade for more) takes their place.

FAQ
I created a Next.js project during the trial. What happens afterwards?
The project stays on your dashboard and is not deleted. But the Free plan does not create projects of that type, and it publishes static files only.
Why does nothing happen when I open the ?new=true link?
Because your project quota is full. Delete a project you own, or upgrade your plan.
Does creating a project from a template use AI requests?
No. Industry templates with HTML are built from a ready section library, without calling any model.
