The Analytics workspace section — visitors and page views
The «التحليلات» (Analytics) section shows the visits recorded for your site at its published address. Measurement runs on the platform's server with no cookies and no personal data, and no numbers are ever shown when reading fails, so an absence is never read as zero visits.
On this page
Open the section from the sidebar as «التحليلات» (Analytics); its subtitle is «تتبّع سلوك الزوّار ومؤشرات التفاعل» (Track visitor behaviour and engagement).

Reading the numbers
- Pick a range from the buttons at the top: «٢٤ ساعة» (24 hours), «٧ أيام» (7 days, the default), «٣٠ يومًا» (30 days), «٩٠ يومًا» (90 days).
- Read the four cards: «الزوّار» (Visitors), «مشاهدات الصفحات» (Page views), «نسبة الارتداد» (Bounce rate), «متوسط المدة» (Average duration). A dash «—» means there is no value in this range.
- The «الزيارات» (Visits) panel has a bar chart; hover a bar to see its time and the views and visitors. With no visits it shows «لا توجد زيارات في هذه المدة» (No visits in this period).
- Below are six lists: «الصفحات» (Pages), «مصادر الزيارة» (Referrers — or «زيارات مباشرة فقط», direct visits only), «الدول» (Countries), «المدن» (Cities), «المتصفحات» (Browsers), «أنظمة التشغيل» (Operating systems).
The visit recording switch
- Press «إعدادات التحليلات» (Analytics settings) at the top of the page.
- Flip the «تسجيل الزيارات» (Record visits) switch. Turning it off shows «عُطّل التسجيل» (Recording disabled); turning it on shows «أُعيد التسجيل» (Recording resumed).
When off, the measurement script is not added to your published site, so no new visits are recorded; earlier data stays. A «التسجيل معطَّل» (Recording is off) banner appears at the top: the numbers do not mean nobody visited, only that measurement is paused.
Reading the numbers is open to anyone with a role on the project, but flipping «تسجيل الزيارات» is for the owner or a collaborator with the «مدير» (Admin) role; anyone else is refused with «إدارة هذا القسم لمدير المشروع أو مالكه» (Managing this section is for the project admin or owner).
What is counted
- A visit is recorded only at the address a visitor types for your published site. Editor previews are not counted, so refreshing your own work does not inflate the numbers.
- Numbers start after the app is published and the first visitor arrives; see Publish.
When reading is unavailable
Measurement runs through an Umami service on the platform's server, and reading it needs two server settings: the analytics website id and the Umami API token. If either is missing, the cards and chart disappear and a «قراءة التحليلات غير متاحة الآن» (Analytics reading is not available right now) box appears with the reason, for example «التحليلات غير مهيّأة على الخادم: المتغيّران CUSTOMER_ANALYTICS_WEBSITE_ID وUMAMI_API_TOKEN غير مضبوطين.» (Analytics is not configured on the server: CUSTOMER_ANALYTICS_WEBSITE_ID and UMAMI_API_TOKEN are not set), followed by «لا نعرض أرقامًا حتى لا يُقرأ الغياب زياراتٍ معدومة.» (We show no numbers so an absence is not read as zero visits).
If you see the «قراءة التحليلات غير متاحة الآن» box, the measurement service is not fully configured on the server and you cannot fix it from your account: Requires contacting support. If the website id is missing on the server, the measurement script is not injected into your site at all, so no visits are recorded during that time.
If the service is configured but cannot be reached at that moment, an error appears: «تعذّر الوصول إلى خدمة التحليلات على الخادم — لم نعرض أرقامًا حتى لا تُقرأ الأعطال زياراتٍ معدومة.» (Could not reach the analytics service on the server — no numbers shown so a fault is not read as zero visits). Try again later.
Plans
The Analytics section is not locked on any plan, including «المجانية» (Free). The numbers cover the published site only.
FAQ
Is personal data about my visitors collected?
In the page's own words: «القياس على خادمنا، بلا كعكات ولا بيانات شخصية.» (Measured on our server, with no cookies and no personal data.)
I turned recording off and on again — do the missed visits come back?
No. Nothing recorded while it was off can be recovered; data from before switching off stays.
